About the Role

The company is hiring an Operations Associate to support the day-to-day execution of recruiting campaigns for their U.S.-based clients. This is a full-time role and an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to join a high-growth startup or build a career in operations, recruiting, HR, or AI-enabled work. This is an operations-first role, not a sourcing or resume-review role. The associate will focus on keeping hiring campaigns running smoothly behind the scenes by managing workflows, coordinating candidate communications, and supporting internal recruiting teams. They will work closely with experienced recruiters, talent managers, and an AI-powered recruiting platform. The role offers clear career growth paths into operations leadership, talent management, or recruiter roles as experience and responsibility increase.

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day recruiting operations across multiple roles and client accounts
• Send customized outreach and follow-up emails to candidates using structured templates
• Respond to candidate inquiries with professionalism, clarity, and empathy
• Track candidate scheduling, reschedules, and confirmations to keep processes on track
• Coordinate and monitor email campaigns and candidate communications for accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain clean, accurate candidate records in internal systems and databases
• Support internal team requests, including creating candidate evaluation forms and handling ad-hoc operational tasks
• Flag bugs, system issues, or process gaps that impact recruiting efficiency
• Provide feedback on tools, templates, and workflows to help improve how the team operates

What We’re Looking For

• 0–4 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, administration, or a business environment
• Excellent written English and confidence communicating with candidates and internal teams
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail — you follow through and keep things moving
• Growth-minded and coachable — open to feedback and eager to learn
• Proactive problem-solver who notices inefficiencies and suggests improvements
• Comfortable working during U.S. business hours (EST overlap required)
