The Global Digital Hub has newly been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center in Budapest. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.

Your Opportunity:

As MarTech and Sales Business Process Owner, and Product Manager for Saleforce, you play an active part in the life cycle of RDS M&CI (Roche Diagnostics Solutions - Marketing & Customer Insights) solutions roadmap, which support the global/regional marketing-, sales management business processes.

The main focus of the role is to define, co-create and drive the Marketing Automation and Sales Enablement vision and solution roadmap within the Roche Digital Marketing ecosystem. The MarTech and Sales Business Process Owner role is responsible for ensuring that the Roche Digital Marketing and Sales Management platforms, systems and processes are aligned with global best practices and are continuously enhanced and developed to support Roche digital maturity, as well as support affiliates with roll out planning and execution. The role scope includes identifying areas for improvements, process changes as well as best practices; training, coordinating and maintaining an international network of SMEs globally distributed, leading and/or supporting global projects/initiatives and steering the Change Management Team (CMT). The scope also includes contribution in consulting, identifying and prioritizing new business requirements to drive decision making for changes/amendments. As a qualified expert, you will be focusing on:

  • Managing Solution Roadmap and SAFe value stream management - accountable to define, co-create and drive Solution roadmap as well as long-term Sales Solution vision within the Roche digital ecosystem

  • Understanding the business partners’ and stakeholders’ preferences and consulting,recommending, developing solutions to reach goals

  • Coordinating and maintaining an international network of subject matter experts globally distributed. Steers Change Management Team (CMT), collects new business requirements and drives decision making for changes/amendments

  • Participating in team level and ART level ceremonies (e.g. Sprint/Iteration Planning; Sprint/Iteration Review; Sprint/Iteration Retro; PI Planning; PO Sync and etc.)

  • Cooperating with global peers in developing and optimizing sales and/or marketing automation processes (e.g. tender management, account management, contact management) to increase the usage and adoption of best practice process/solution across the organization.

Who you are:

  • You have a college or university degree in Business, Business Informatics, Engineering or comparable education and 2-3 years of related experience in managing Automated Marketing projects/initiatives.

  • You have excellent understanding of Marketing Automation (Marketo is a plus) and CRM (SFDC/REXIS is a plus) based ecosystems and experience using IT Service Management ticketing systems (ServiceNow) and Centralized Repository for Documentation (Confluence).

  • You have deep comprehension of concepts around digital marketing orchestration of engaging marketing initiatives, attribution of marketing activities, data driven marketing and sales recommendation.

  • You have a strong analytical mindset, with capability to effectively address the (program/product) priorities and maintain technical integrity, and you also have mid to advanced skills on ‘train the trainer’ techniques and tools.

  • Strong business knowledge and good understanding of best practices and integration with other sales, customer relation and digital platforms with an agile (lean, scrum, SaFe 5.1) mindset with demonstrated capability to dramatically simplify and prioritize.

  • You are able to navigate in matrix structures, managing sometimes conflicting priorities, interests, and timelines with a strong teamwork attitude, influencing skills to manage cross-cultural teams and networks.

  • You have strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) and additional languages are a plus.
