Essential Ritual’s is seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Manager, Digital Acquisition to join our growth team, focusing on optimizing and managing paid search channels including Google and YouTube. This individual must have deep experience across paid search channels and be comfortable reporting on KPIs to deliver actionable insights that drive strategy forward.The ideal candidate is analytical, inquisitive, gritty and a fast learner. You will report to the Senior Manager of Paid Social & Growth Creative, as well as work cross-functionally with other teams including: creative, brand, customer insights, influencer, affiliate, digital product and more.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead full execution of digital acquisition channels including Google and Youtube while supporting day-to-day for Meta. Experience working with performance metrics such as CPM, CPC, CPA, AOV & LTV. Pinterest and TikTok experience is a plus.
  • Continuously analyze and experiment with ad copy, bidding strategies, keyword expansion, and to improve performance and share insights with internal stakeholders to inform broader business strategy.
  • Support feedback loop with key internal stakeholders, sharing keyword insights and search trends that inform broader business strategy. Maintain vendor and agency relationships
  • Stay informed about Paid Search trends and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to keep the team and program updated on the latest best practices in Paid Search.

Who You Are:

  • Platform Proficiency: In-depth knowledge with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with both Google Ads and YouTube including campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis. Proven background working with an e-commerce business model, experience with subscription business models is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
  • Creative Acumen: Strong understanding of creative best practices across all digital channels with experience briefing in brand-forward performant creative
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams, including creative, product, and analytics, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Self Driven. You’re self-motivated, highly proactive and demonstrate an ability to work autonomously while anticipating the needs of the team

What You Need:

  • Education: Undergraduate degree
  • Experience: 3-4 years of D2C or agency experience in acquisition-focused digital marketing channels with performance benchmarks and KPIs. Direct experience managing Search, Shopping and Pmax campaigns as well as managing tCPA and tROAS automated bid strategies. Experience with Looker, Excel, Google Sheets, and Meta Ads Manager is a plus!
  • PAY RANGE: $73,000 - $115,000
  • Your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. The salary range represents the entire compensation range for this position. Exact compensation will depend on several factors, which may include your skills, level, years of experience, technical expertise, and other qualifications. You will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. You will be also eligible for equity and great benefits + 401k + unlimited PTO etc - see our list of perks/ benefits below.
