Marketing Coordinator

At Rinsed, we are building software to run the $15bn Car Wash industry.

We're a B2B SaaS company, providing car washes with all the tools they need to transition to a subscription model. Modern car washes are fully-automated tunnels that can wash over 200 cars/hr, and they are moving from selling single washes to all-you-can-wash subscriptions. We are giving this $15bn underserved market the tools to manage and grow their subscription revenue.

We are a small team, who just raised our Series B from VMG Technology in addition to our Series A from Founder's Fund and Bedrock Capital. We are currently installed at over 1,800 car washes nationally helping to manage more than 5 million car wash memberships. What we've built so far is just the beginning. A Day in the Life

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate who is excited to work at a fast-growing startup. As the Marketing Coordinator at Rinsed, you will be an impactful member of our marketing team, responsible for sponsorship execution, social media, and community research. You’ll play an important role in assisting with all aspects of the marketing strategy reporting directly to the VP of Marketing.

A typical day in for this role at Rinsed includes:

• Plan and execute sponsorships, including research, coordination, negotiation, and performance analysis
• Create and manage content for social media, engaging with the community and analyzing metrics for continuous improvement
• Support video production and graphic design efforts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
• Assist in executing product marketing strategies, including customer communications and coordination
• Conduct community research to gather insights and provide actionable recommendations
• Develop and manage a company news section, writing and publishing press releases

About You

You are a motivated and fast learning candidate with a desire to contribute to and be exposed to all areas of marketing. Your skill set includes attention to detail, multi-tasking various projects, and problem solving. Your teamwork, resourcefulness, and collaborative abilities make you an essential addition to our marketing team. You aspire to become a great marketer, contributing to the Rinsed mission to innovate and set industry standards.

You bring the following experience and expertise:

• You have 1-2 years of experience in marketing or other business related functions
• Experience in planning and executing sponsorship initiatives, including negotiation and contract management
• Proficiency in social media management, with a track record of creating engaging content and analyzing performance metrics
• Skilled in video editing and graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating the ability to produce high-quality visual content
• Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret community insights and industry trends
• Exceptional writing and communication skills, with experience in managing a news function, writing articles, and crafting press releases
