Engineering Manager

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a software engineer
• 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams
• Experience working cross functionally to build prioritized roadmaps for your teams
• Ability to balance shipping new features, managing tech debt and investing in system improvements
• Hands-on experience with code reviews and bug investigation
• Comfortable writing SQL queries to analyze data and find inconsistencies
• Experience working with engineers at different levels and coaching them in their career development
• Customer obsessed, prioritizing their outcomes and experiences
