Respiris is hiring a Founding Partner (Fractional Head of People) to activate and grow markets across the United States. The role involves building relationships with HR executives, generating revenue, and delivering structured coaching to individuals navigating career transitions.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Head of HR, HRBP, recruiter, advisor, or operator
  • Generated at least $50,000 in revenue under your own EIN
  • Ability to build and manage client relationships
  • Comfortable navigating sensitive employee transition moments
  • Ability to turn relationships into revenue opportunities

Benefits

  • 60% revenue share
  • $10,000 commitment
  • $5,000 upfront
  • $5,000 earned through generated revenue
