We’re now expanding our operations across the US and are looking for an Operations/Customer Support Manager who will act as our on-the-ground link between EMEA operations and US stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how circular take-back programs run in one of our key growth markets.

Your mission:

As our Operations/Customer Support Manager you will ensure that our take-back programs and operational workflows run smoothly in the US market. You’ll coordinate logistics, manage customer communication, and serve as the local point of contact for partners, hospitals, and recyclers - while collaborating closely with our EMEA team.

You will:

  • Coordinate operations: Oversee the collection, transport, and processing of returned materials and devices.

  • Liaise with logistics partners: Manage relationships with transporters, recyclers, and storage facilities - ensuring timely shipments, accurate documentation, and compliance with US waste regulations.

  • Serve as first-line support for customers: Handle inquiries, feedback, and troubleshooting; onboard new US sites and partners into our take-back program (occasionally including on-site visits of partners)

  • Bridge cultures: Provide local insight to the EMEA team, helping adapt workflows and communication for US partners.

  • Assist with reporting and documentation: Support system updates, data entry, and cross-regional reporting tasks for US and EMEA operations.

  • Collaborate across time zones: Join cross-regional calls (typically early US mornings / late CET afternoons) to align on operations and customer success.

  • Support SOPs and digital workflows: Help design and implement operational processes to ensure scalability and efficiency.

What we value in you:

  • 2–5 years of experience in operations coordination, customer support, or logistics - ideally in a sustainability or circular economy setting.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; you manage tasks independently and drive projects forward. Previous work experience in the logistics industry with operational work and coordination are a plus.

  • A customer-centric mindset and clear communication style.

  • High self-sufficiency - you can work remotely and manage your own priorities effectively.

  • Familiarity with medical waste regulations or device take-back programs (a plus).

  • Experience collaborating across regions and cultures (especially EMEA–US).

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Your setup

  • Location: Flexible Location - West coast (Los Angeles/CA) preferred. Ability to occasionally travel to hospitals or partners.

  • Capacity: Part-time possible.
