Why You'll Love This Role

We are seeking a Remote Operations Analyst - Knowledge Management to operationalize Cribl's knowledge management strategy and drive organizational efficiency in our remote-first environment. Partnering with cross-functional leaders, you'll transform how information is organized and maintained through our Glean-powered ecosystem, ensuring teams have reliable access to accurate, up-to-date information for better decision-making and collaboration.

As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will...

  • Knowledge Management Strategy Execution
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge management solution (initially leveraging Glean) that surfaces critical documentation and makes key information easily discoverable across the organization
    • Create lightweight taxonomies and organizational frameworks that teams can adopt for their function-specific knowledge bases
    • Evolve the Cribl Library with sustainable contribution workflows, project managing its evolution from deck to PDF to interactive website
  • Knowledge Infrastructure Governance
    • Design and implement governance policies and validation frameworks to ensure accuracy of documentation across Glean's source systems, identifying gaps, redundancies, and outdated content requiring updates or deprecation
    • Partner with IT on Glean configuration and optimization, serving as the business owner who defines requirements and use cases for knowledge management features
  • Program Management Company Adoption
    • Drive adoption of knowledge management best practices through analytics, dashboards, training, and ongoing stakeholder engagement
    • We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones – you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours

If You've Got It - We Want It

  • Proven track record operationalizing knowledge management initiatives in a tech or SaaS environment, with strong systems thinking ability and experience managing enterprise collaboration platforms (Google Workspace, Confluence, Jira, Glean, or similar)
  • Demonstrated ability to drive multiple complex workstreams simultaneously, managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort working with data and analytics to derive insights, inform decision-making, and build compelling narratives that influence stakeholders
  • Clear communication skills with ability to create documentation and presentations that drive adoption across cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, remote-first environments and define structure where none exists
  • Prior experience working in fully remote or distributed teams with asynchronous collaboration

Salary Range ($90,000 - $115,000)
