QA Automation Engineer(SDET)

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using Playwright for web and in-depth API testing. May also be responsible for developing and enhancing the automation framework, ensuring scalability, reusability, and maintainability.
• Build, optimize, and maintain test automation frameworks for seamless integration into development cycles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate best practices in automation into the development lifecycle.
• Identify, document, and track bugs, as well as perform detailed regression testing.
• Analyze test results, prepare detailed reports, and present testing metrics to stakeholders.
• Ensure compatibility of automation scripts across all platforms, including different browsers and mobile devices.
• Contribute to the continuous integration and delivery processes by integrating automated tests.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in QA automation.
• Solid experience with Playwright or Selenium.
• Experience with JavaScript or Typescript required or strong Java or Python.
• UI testing and functional testing experience is required.
• Experience testing SaaS or products strongly preferred.
• Expertise in SQL, with strong proficiency in PostgreSQL and MySQL, including writing complex queries, joins, and optimizations to manage database interactions and ensure data integrity.
• Individuals who can contribute independently, take full ownership of their work, and be accountable with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating with various teams.
