We are seeking a Head of Product Management (Director) to drive the vision, execution, and cross-functional alignment across our full product portfolio—including our supply chain risk, compliance, data intelligence, and AI capabilities.
You will report directly to the VP of AI Transformation, who leads our Product and Data Science organizations, and collaborate closely with leaders across engineering, data science, customer success, and go-to-market teams. This leader will shape product strategy, drive operational excellence, and ensure our roadmap is tightly aligned with customer needs and business goals.
What You Will Do
Product Leadership
- Set a clear product vision and strategy across multiple product lines, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Drive alignment between strategic objectives and day-to-day execution across the product org.
- Prioritize ruthlessly, ensuring focus on the initiatives that drive the greatest value.
Team & Culture
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, helping them grow and deliver impact.
- Build a strong, collaborative product culture rooted in customer empathy, problem-solving, and accountability.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to foster trust, alignment, and delivery excellence.
Execution & Delivery
- Own the product planning and prioritization process, including roadmap reviews, sprint planning, and stakeholder updates.
- Ensure teams are equipped to deliver high-quality products with clarity, speed, and attention to detail.
- Identify risks early and lead problem-solving to keep delivery on track.
Customer & Market Orientation
- Stay close to our customers—participate in advisory boards, roadmap sessions, and customer feedback loops.
- Work with GTM and support teams to turn insights into actionable product decisions.
- Track industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform positioning and differentiation.
What You Will Bring
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years leading product teams.
- Proven success scaling B2B SaaS or data/AI platforms, in complex domains like supply chain, or compliance.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to balance strategic and operational responsibilities.
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
- Experience building and leading distributed, high-performing teams.

- Background in supply chain, compliance, or AI-driven platforms.
- Experience navigating global enterprise customer environments.
- Familiarity with Agile/Lean methodologies and product operations best practices.
