Mobile Phone/Home Office Stipend (UK)

Replimune provides a £800 stipend (grossed up) to cover employee mobile phone and/or home office expenses.

Replimune provides a $1,000 stipend (grossed up) to cover employee mobile phone and/or home office expenses.

Employee Referral Bonus (US)

If a candidate referred by an employee is hired, the employee may be eligible to earn a $3,000 referral bonus.

Employee Referral Bonus (UK)

If a candidate referred by an employee is hired, the employee may be eligible to earn a £2,400 referral bonus.

Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) (US)

A Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) is offered to cover the second 50% of the applicable deductible for both medical plans.

Group Private Medical Insurance Scheme (UK)

Through Aviva, Replimune offers Private Medical Insurance for free. Employees can opt to cover their family members at their own cost.

401K (US)

Replimune matches $0.50 for every $1.00 an employee contributes, up to 8% of annual salary. Replimune match is 100% vested from day one.

Short Term Disability (STD) Insurance (US)

Income replacement at 60% of weekly pay to a max of $3,500 per week, up to 13 weeks. Provided through UNUM, premiums 100% paid by the company.

Vision Insurance (US)

Vision insurance is provided by EyeMed with premiums 100% paid by the company. Plan provides $130 in coverage for the cost of contacts and glasses.

Long Term Disability Insurance (US)

Income replacement at 60% of monthly salary up to a max of $15,000, eligible after 13 weeks of STD. Provided through UNUM, premiums 100% paid by the company.

Paid Parental Leave (US)

Birth mothers receive up to 12 weeks of paid leave at 100% of regular base wages and non-birth parents receive up to 6 weeks of paid leave at 100% of regular base wages.

Dental Insurance (UK)

Our new dental insurance plan, offered through Bupa, provides reimbursement and discounts for dental care and is free to employees. Employees may opt to cover their family members at their own cost.

Paid Parental Leave (UK)

Replimune offers employees twelve (12) weeks of maternity and two (2) weeks of paternity leave at 100% of regular base wages following the birth or adoption of a child; this is in conjunction with statutory requirements.

Medical Insurance (US)

Replimune offers two medical plans through Blue Cross Blue Shield: HMO for employees located in New England and a PPO for remote employees. Premiums are 100% covered unless you choose the PPO buy-up option from the HMO plan.

Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) (UK)

Employees have access to an EAP that provides professional information, support, and counselling services on a range of personal and work-related issues, via confidential telephone helplines or face-to-face counselling at no cost.

Dental Insurance (US)

Dental insurance is offered through Blue Cross Blue Shield's Dental Blue. Dental premiums are also 100% paid by the company. The plan has a calendar maximum of $2,000 per member. Orthodontia is available to members under age 19, up to a lifetime maximum of $1,000.

Pension Scheme (UK)

Employees are automatically enrolled at 5% with a matching contribution of 5%. Replimune will provide an enhanced employer contribution of 8% for any contribution amounts higher then 5%, employees can choose to contribute via Salary Exchange to take full advantage of tax efficiencies.

Group Income Protection Scheme (UK)

All employees are eligible after 3 months' service and Replimune covers 100% of the cost. Employees unable to work due to illness or accident for more than 13 weeks, will be eligible for a basic income benefit of 75% of their pre-disability basic salary; the benefit will escalate in payment at a rate of 5% per annum.
