My name is Andrea and I am the CEO of Brand Lift Studio - We are an agency dedicated to helping brands elevate their online presence. We not only focus on aesthetics but also delve into a deep understanding of their goals, audience, and needs to create the right visuals for them. We focus on creating graphic solutions that are worth our clients’ investment, solving problems, and guiding their business in the right direction to achieve results.

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio and professional experience in creating visually compelling designs for digital and print media. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation. Join our dynamic team to bring creative concepts to life and help elevate our brand through exceptional visual storytelling.

This is an hourly role. Monday to Friday 5 hours/day.

Requirements

We are looking for a Graphic Designer specifically with these requirements:

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Proven experience in Graphic Design with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Knowledge of Premiere or After Effects is a bonus
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to learning.
• A commitment to effective, solutions-oriented design practices.
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality in professional settings.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing tasks ranging from small edits to creating new materials from scratch.
• Participating in projects involving brand identity, websites, social media, and strategic initiatives.
• Developing visually appealing graphics for various platforms, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Creating original illustrations, logos, and other graphic elements that align with the brand identity.
• Applying essential Figma skills, as the majority of our design work is developed on this platform.
• Ensuring all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all visual outputs.
• Staying informed about current design trends, industry standards, and competitor activities to produce relevant and modern designs.
