Payroll Implementation Specialist

Remote is a global payroll and benefits company offering a fully remote work environment for clients. They are seeking a Global Payroll Implementation Specialist to manage payroll operations and ensure compliance with global payroll regulations. The role requires expertise in statutory tax, payroll processing, and end-to-end client relationships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Global Payroll Implementation Experience with statutory tax regulations and payroll processing knowledge.
• 3+ years of Global Payroll Technical Implementation set-up experience, on local payroll software.
• Excellent understanding of end-to-end Global Payroll, PEO and HR processes.
• Work experience in payroll operations and statutory requirements.
• Experience in accounting reconciliations.
• Excellent data management skills with high accuracy.
• Experience in handling multiple projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities.
• Technical aptitude with computer literacy, data analysis and critical thinking.
• Ability to work within a fast-paced, international environment.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
