Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media & Graphic/Ad Creator Manager to oversee our online presence and drive brand growth across multiple platforms. This role combines social media management with hands-on content creation, including graphic design and advertising materials. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all company social media accounts (including LinkedIn and other platforms)
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content aligned with brand voice and marketing goals
- Design high-quality graphics, ad creatives, and promotional materials
- Develop and execute paid and organic social media campaigns
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights
- Manage and grow LinkedIn presence, including posting, outreach, and engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content with business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions in a timely manner
Requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management and graphic design
- Strong portfolio showcasing ad creatives, social posts, and branding work
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Experience managing LinkedIn pages and campaigns
- Understanding of paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools and performance tracking
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
