We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, possess strong critical thinking skills, and be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Ability to think critically, anticipate needs, and solve problems
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
