The Telesales Rep I is responsible for managing direct contact with customers or clients, particularly Law Enforcement Agencies in the US, to acquire the LexisNexis Coplogic Suite of Solutions. The role involves accomplishing the entire Sales Stages/process from Lead Generation, Prospecting, Sales Presentations/Demos, Opportunity Creation, Deliver Contracts, Project Creation to Closing Sales/Deals and Account Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or has completed 2 years level in College without back subjects or incomplete units
- Selling/Sales Skills: Sales Calls (Business to Business) or Lead Generation or Account Management experience is highly preferred (minimum of 1-2 years Inbound or Outbound).
- CSP (Counselor Salespersons) Sales Methodology or B2B sales approach.
- Excellent/effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Presentation Skills: Able to make Powerpoint design/presentation and effectively present the solutions to the decision maker.
- Active listening skills, persuasiveness, storytelling, asking questions
- Organizational Skills & Time Management: Must be able to manage multiple projects/items simultaneously and keep updated.
- Detail oriented and flexibility to prioritize tasks according to need.
- Working Knowledge/Technical Skills: Avaya Communicator/calling app, MS Outlook, Microsoft Office like Excel, Word and Powerpoint, Salesforce, PCT, MBS, Power BI and other company related systems.
