Your Role
As VP of Engineering, you’ll play a pivotal leadership role in building and scaling the company’s technology from MVP to a mature SaaS platform. You will own the technical vision, build and lead the engineering team, and ensure our AI systems are performant, secure, and scalable. You’ll work hand-in-hand with product, design, and the founding team to shape strategy and delivery.

What You'll Do
Define and own the technical architecture and roadmap for TenderPro (backend, AI, infrastructure),
Lead and grow the engineering team (currently early-stage) — from hiring to mentoring,
Oversee AI strategy and implementation, legal NLP, and RAG-based systems,
Ensure high-quality software development practices, CI/CD, and system observability,
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and stakeholders to align business and technical goals,
Make key build vs. buy decisions and manage integrations (e.g., vector DBs, LLM APIs, Supabase),
Maintain robust standards around security, scalability, and data privacy, which are critical in B2B SaaS,
Translate customer feedback into continuous product and platform improvements.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in leadership roles (Tech Lead, Head of Engineering, or similar),
Strong experience with Python and backend systems deployed to production
Openness to no-code/low-code solutions for rapid prototyping and delivery.
Proven track record of delivering non trivial, Agentic solution in real-world applications
Experienced in Context Engineering and newest trends in that domain
Experience in architectural decision-making and scaling AI platforms in a B2B context,
Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills,
Fluent in Polish and English.
Nice to Have
Background in public procurement, compliance tech, or B2B enterprise software,
Experience in early-stage startups or venture studios,
Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., n8n), and full-stack collaboration (React).
