A company in the architecture industry seeks a highly skilled and detail-oriented Revit Draughtsman / Architect to join their architectural services team on a 6-month fixed term contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architectural draughting in a highly technical environment, utilising advanced Revit skills for precision and accuracy. This is a fully remote position and suitable candidates need to be proficient in Revit.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively within larger team structures to ensure cohesive project outcomes.
- Conduct high-level modelling and create precise 3D visualisations using Revit.
- Develop detailed technical drawings, ensuring all specifications and requirements are met.
- Prepare accurate specifications and schedules, adhering to project timelines and standards.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and project managers, to deliver high-quality architectural designs.
Requirements
- Relevant diploma or degree in Architecture or Draughting
- Own PC with stable internet connection
- Minimum of 3-5 years work experience
- Experience with Teamwork
- Proficiency in Revit: Advanced skills in Revit for complex modelling, technical detailing, and scheduling
- Collaboration Experience: Demonstrated ability to work within larger team structures, coordinating with multiple stakeholders
- Technical Detailing: Expertise in creating high-level technical details and accurate specifications
- Experience in Technical Buildings: Previous experience working on projects involving technical buildings like data centres, hospitals, energy centres, or equivalent structures is highly advantageous
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all aspects of draughting
- Time management skills to handle multiple projects within tight deadlines
