Featuring services such as bill payments, mobile top-ups, public transportation, installment plans, and loans, designed with convenience, low cost and flexibility in mind. RecargaPay is changing the way both banked and unbanked Brazilians make their everyday payments and access their financial services.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models for revenue, expenses, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasting, and how these financial statements are interrelated;
• Perform detailed analyses of financial performance, including margin analysis, product/service profitability, operational efficiency, and key financial metrics.
• Collaborate in the preparation of the company's annual budget and monitor performance against that budget;
• Prepare regular financial reports for senior management and external stakeholders, such as investors and regulators;
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization;
• Work closely with other teams, such as operations, sales, and product development, to understand the financial needs of each area and ensure the integration of financial information across the company;
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and implement efficient and scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Knowledge in consolidation of companies; >>Knowledge in consolidating companies
• Knowledge of USGAAP vision; >> Knowledge of USGAAP standards
• Advanced Excel skills;
• Knowledge of cohorts (desirable);
• Advanced English / Desirable Spanish;
• Teamwork / Relationship with other areas.
