SAP Tower Lead (Functional / Process Tower)

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Own the solution and delivery for the assigned SAP tower (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, WM, EWM, HCM, SuccessFactors, etc.).
✅ Lead a team of functional consultants, offshore/nearshore resources, and SMEs to deliver design, build, testing, and deployment activities.
✅ Facilitate and drive workshops for requirements gathering, solution design, process harmonization, and fit-gap analysis
✅ Validate and sign off functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and cutover plans for the tower.
✅ Coordinate closely with Integration, Data, Security, and Basis teams to ensure end-to-end solution integrity.
✅ Monitor progress, manage risks and issues for the tower, and report status to Program Management / PMO

Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
✅ 8+ years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant including full lifecycle implementations.
✅ Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC in the relevant process area.
✅ Proven experience leading functional teams and workstreams within complex SAP projects or programs.
✅ Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes in the tower (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Plan-to-Produce)

Preferred Qualifications

🔹 Experience in global rollouts, multi-country or multi-company implementations.
🔹 Experience working with nearshore/offshore delivery models.
🔹 SAP certification in the relevant module(s)
🔹 Experience with integration to non-SAP systems (CRM, MES, WMS, e-commerce, etc.).
