The Sales Program Manager drives the long-term success of strategic Sales initiatives. This role ensures that high-impact programs deliver measurable business value—from initial implementation through full lifecycle management. The Sales Program Manager serves as a proactive business partner and trusted problem solver, designing scalable approaches, monitoring adoption and performance, and collaborating with stakeholders to maximize impact. This role leverages reporting, technology, and process insights to inform decisions, optimize program effectiveness, and ensure initiatives meet organizational goals. The Sales Program Manager partners closely with Sales Leaders and the Sales Training team to ensure programs align with priorities, address training gaps, enhance adoption, and deliver measurable business results.
