Requirements
- Deliver annual financial and operational performance targets for the EMEA group
- Develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with RB Global's corporate priorities
- Drive end-to-end deal management, partnering with sales teams to optimize pipeline quality, deal velocity, and win rates
- Review and approve annual plans for all regional sites, ensuring consistency and alignment
- Monitor Auction Site Contribution Statements (ASCS) in partnership with Regional Operations Managers and finance teams
- Evaluate KPIs and implement action plans to maintain or exceed performance expectations
- Ensure consistent and high-quality auction experiences across all EMEA locations
- Lead and support the execution of multi-channel initiatives including timed auctions, online events, and value-added services
- Provide strong leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to Regional Sales Managers and operational staff
- Build collaborative, high-performing teams through mentorship, development plans, and effective delegation
- Maintain visibility and engage directly with key customers, staff, and business partners during major auction events
- Represent RB Global within the broader business community and across internal teams
- Champion a culture of safety and accountability across all regional operations
