The Role
As a Senior Product Designer at Quorso, you’ll shape how store teams and retail leaders interact with their most important work — from data to decision to action.
You’ll mainly work on our configuration engine, which powers the Quorso app - designing clean, intuitive tools that simplify complexity and scale effortlessly.
You’ll report to our Head of Design, collaborating to raise quality, champion users, and evolve how Quorso looks, feels, and works.
We’re remote-first, highly collaborative, and design-led. You’ll ship meaningful work, fast — and help modernise an industry still stuck in clunky, outdated tools.
Responsibilities
- Own design across key product areas - from discovery to delivery
- Turn complex logic into simple, actionable UI
- Prototype, test, and refine with real users
- Collaborate with product, engineering, customer and ops
- Evolve our design system and raise the quality bar
About you
- A portfolio of clear, impactful product design
- Strong UX and visual design skills
- Comfortable designing for web (desktop + mobile)
- Designed complex config UIs: forms, settings, rule builders
- Prototyping mindset — quick to test and iterate
- Collaborative and open to feedback
- Figma-native, systems-aware
Nice to have
- Experience in retail tools or field ops platforms
- Exposure to AI-powered UX or enterprise data tools
- Worked in startups, small teams, or B2B SaaS
