Location & Remote Work

Our people team works on a "remote-first" model, which means we are working from home with the possibility of living anywhere in Brazil. We also have the option of using our offices in São Paulo or using our partners' coworking spaces, both up to twice a week.

About the Role
We are looking for a People Performance Specialist to lead and manage our Performance Evaluation Program end-to-end. This is a strategic program within our People team, playing a key role in how we recognize, develop, and grow talent across the company.

In this role, you’ll not only drive the execution of our performance cycles but also lead continuous improvements, bringing a strategic mindset and strong analytical capabilities to optimize the process. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to support decision-making and help embed performance into our culture as a lever for business impact.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end Performance Management process, from design through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic business vision.
  • Drive continuous improvements to enhance our performance cycles, identifying opportunities and implementing solutions that improve clarity, effectiveness, and employee engagement.
  • Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to facilitate strategic discussions and decision-making processes.
  • Ensure consistency and transparency in our performance evaluation frameworks, criteria, and communications.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within the People team to align performance outcomes with broader talent strategies.
  • Proactively identify trends through data analysis, recommending targeted interventions for talent development and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

    • Desirable experience with Performance Management products
    • Advanced skills in Google Sheets and strong analytical thinking
    • Ability to identify, articulate, and solve complex problems using business knowledge
    • High standards for analytical accuracy and quality in decision-making
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Comfortable reading, producing, and presenting materials in English
