Quartzy is hiring a Senior Territory Manager to own gross profit dollar growth across a defined New York City/Northern New Jersey book of business. The role requires acquiring new SaaS customers, expanding revenue within existing accounts in the region, and driving e-commerce adoption across every logo in the territory. The ideal candidate is a proactive, field-oriented commercial rep with 5+ years of life science sales experience, specifically selling laboratory supplies for a distributor or manufacturer.
Requirements
- 5+ years of life science sales experience, specifically selling laboratory supplies for a distributor or manufacturer
- Degree from a top 50 university
- Strong familiarity with lab products, consumables, and procurement workflows in biotech
- Comfortable talking to scientists and driving conversations in person
- Demonstrated hustle, consistently hitting goals in prior roles
- Experience negotiating with Procurement professionals at BioPharma companies
- Existing relationships and a network of contacts in SMB biotech to help accelerate growth
- Based in Northern New Jersey or NYC or willing to relocate there
- Willing to visit customers and prospects frequently
- Willing to travel to Philadelphia about 33% of the time and Harrisburg about twice a year
