Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and maintenance of Digital analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Tags, Google Analytics) for the new/existing web and app properties.
- Work closely with business analysts to define implementation requirements, Functional/Tagging Specification Documents and maintain documentation on processes of implementation
- Build custom tagging solutions in TMS such as Adobe Tags or GTM based on business requirements
- Work with IT to build the data layer setup and the tracking instructions as per requirements.
- Collaborate with IT on continuous development work and closely align initiatives on our web properties and apps
- Develop, customize and troubleshoot events and tags in complex environments with the use of JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Implement analytics tracking codes and assist in quality assurance to ensure tagging functionality across all digital properties (web and apps)
- Debug and fix tagging issues or data discrepancies found on apps Analytics implementation
- Look for the cutting-edge best practice in digital analytics enablement such as the event-driven data layer standardization, Adobe MarTech integration, etc.
Qualifications
Core Competencies
- At least 3 years of experience in digital analytics such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, focusing on measurement of digital performance, data integration and development
- At least 3 years of experience in dynamic tagging solutions (Adobe Tags/Launch, Adobe Event Forwarding, GTM, Firebase Analytics)
- At least 3 years of experience with building reports / dashboards with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, etc.
- At least 3 years of experience with digital analytics QA tools such as browser network calls, extensions (i.e. Omnibug), desktop tools (i.e. Fiddler)
- Familiar with programming languages like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and computer programming concepts
- Good understanding of data collection and hands on experience using AEP Mobile and Firebase Analytics SDKs
- Hands-on experience creating, maintaining SDR implementations
- Adobe Analytics and related Adobe Experience cloud tools expert (Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Real-time CDP, etc.)
- Understanding of Adobe Analytics processing rules, SAINT classifications, report suites
- Hands-on experience with apps debugging tools like Charles, Assurance
- Ability to own and work independently on assigned deliverables, but also collaborate with multiple team members and stake holders when necessary
- Strong organizational, communications, and time management skills
Complementary Competencies
- Experience with other TMS (Adobe Tags, Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Ensighten, etc.)
- Experience with AEP Web SDK
- Proficiency with building reports / dashboards with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, etc.
- Experience with tagging mobile apps
- Familiarity with apps technologies such Kotlin, Swift, C++, AS, Xcode
