This is a technical role with high impact where you will drive the evolution of our engineering practices and architectural standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in professional full-stack or backend software development
- Expert-level proficiency in AI-assisted software development (e.g., Claude, Cursor, etc)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Ruby on Rails, Python, or Go
- Proven experience working with backend programming languages and familiarity with SQL, RDBMS (PostgreSQL preferred), and data warehousing solutions
- Experience with deploying and monitoring code on cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
- Strong software engineering practices (e.g. coding, unit testing, code reviews, design documentation)
- Strong debugging skills and experience solving complex technical problems
- Experience in leading large-scale projects while guiding and mentoring other developers
- A commitment to quality, demonstrated by rigorous testing and code review practices
- B.S. or higher in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience)
