PVM is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business and 8(a) firm founded by Pat Mack, a retired U.S. Naval officer, with a mission to help government agencies unlock the power of their data. Headquartered in San Diego, California, PVM has grown from a one-man startup in 2010 to a team of about 50 employees with offices in St. Petersburg and San Diego, plus centers of excellence across the country including Washington D.C. and Atlanta.

As Palantir's only small Vanguard partner, PVM provides comprehensive digital services to federal agencies, helping them maximize their investments in Palantir platforms including Foundry, AIP, and Apollo. Their forward-deployed engineers embed directly with government teams to deliver mission-critical capabilities across defense, healthcare, justice, logistics, research, and civil resilience. PVM has trained and enabled more than 10,000 Palantir users and integrated operational capabilities with over 200 agencies. The company holds gold-tier partner status in Palantir's U.S. Government Partnership Vanguard program and maintains partnerships with AWS and the Department of Defense's Skillbridge Program.
