We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Systems Specialist to implement and deploy a centralized recruiting infrastructure from the ground up. The primary objective of this project is to integrate our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with GoHighLevel (GHL) via Zapier to create a high-performance, automated candidate pipeline.
Requirements
- Core Infrastructure: Build a comprehensive recruiting pipeline within GoHighLevel, mirroring our predefined stage logic.
- Systems Integration: Establish a robust API or Webhook-based connection between the ATS and GHL using Zapier to ensure real-time data synchronization.
- AI Screening Integration: Configure and edit our AI Phone Screening tool to ensure it triggers correctly within the workflow, captures relevant candidate data, and updates the pipeline status based on screening results.
- Workflow Automation: Configure automated candidate tagging, stage-triggered notifications, and recruiter alerts to eliminate manual administrative overhead.
- Engagement Engine: Deploy multi-channel (SMS/Email) nurturing sequences designed to increase candidate responsiveness.
- Calendar Orchestration: Implement a sophisticated interview scheduling ecosystem integrated with Google Calendar, featuring automated reminders and 'no-show' recovery protocols.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop high-level dashboards to monitor pipeline throughput, conversion metrics, and recruiter efficiency.
