Requirements

• Previous experience as a Tech Lead, specialist, or technical reference in development teams
• Solid experience in backend development with Node.js, Go, MongoDB, Express (API), and Jest (tests)
• Experience with modernization and maintenance of legacy code, with the ability to restructure existing bases with a focus on scalability and efficiency
• Experience with microservices architecture and API design (REST, GraphQL)
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
• Experience with CI/CD tools and modern engineering practices
