Manager, Engineering (Java Fullstack)

We are looking for a Manager, Engineering with a passion for high quality software engineering and technology to work on large-scale data challenges across different technologies.

Requirements

• 10-14 years of web application development experience in a fast-paced agile environment
• 2+ years of People Management Experience managing and mentoring a team of 8+ Engineers and Senior Engineers
• Proficiency in Springboot and Vue.js ecosystem or any front end technologies like ReactJS/ Angular JS
• Strong experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Familiarity with modern build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite)
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration techniques
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Collaborate with team members to define project requirements, priorities, and timelines
