The role involves overseeing and managing incoming and outgoing files, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and partnering with internal teams to deliver seamless client service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills especially Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Group Insurance and/or related industry products and services preferred
- Minimum 5 years of Insurance or Financial Services experience
