Prudential is seeking a Client Specialist to support the administration of Group Universal Life and Group Variable Universal Life coverages and related client servicing. The role involves overseeing and managing incoming and outgoing files, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and partnering with internal teams to deliver seamless client service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills especially Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Group Insurance and/or related industry products and services preferred
- Minimum 5 years of Insurance or Financial Services experience
