Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program coordination, vendor management, or contingent workforce operations.
- Strong understanding of compliance, contracts, and financial processes.
- Experience with vendor management systems a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and collaborative approach.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset for auditing and reporting; comfortable working with data.
- Adaptable and resilient, able to thrive in dynamic environments and handle ambiguity with confidence.
