How will you make a difference to PMI?
PMI is looking for a Manager, Performance Analystics who will be focusing on leveraging data-driven insights to optimize PMI’s marketing strategies across various channels. The position plays a critical role in managing PMI marketing data governance, ensuring consistent and accurate data definitions and usage across the organization while helping to identify/synthesize findings into recommendations for both detailed next steps and executive summaries.
What you’ll bring to the role:
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
◦ Utilize Adobe Analytics and Tableau to measure and analyze marketing performance.
◦ Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
◦ Analyze data from paid, owned, and earned media channels to identify trends and opportunities.
• Marketing Optimization:
◦ Lead and implement optimizations to improve marketing impact and budget efficiency.
◦ Conduct thorough analysis of multi-channel marketing campaigns and e-commerce initiatives.
◦ Partner with executive level marketing leadership to make recommendations to enhance the performance of marketing efforts.
◦ Evaluate the impact of media mix on overall marketing effectiveness and business outcomes.
• People Management:
◦ Lead and mentor a team of analysts and marketers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
◦ Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and support professional development.
• Data Governance:
◦ Leading and defining the governance of marketing data, ensuring consistency and accuracy in data definitions and usage.
◦ Develop and enforce data management best practices within the marketing team.
◦ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity and improve data quality.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
◦ Partner and advise across marketing channels to help convert data to insights with internal teams to align on goals and strategies.
◦ Leading communication insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
◦ Coordinate with external partners and agencies to ensure alignment and maximize marketing impact.
Role Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• 10-15 years of experience managing B2B, B2C platforms
• Strong background in multi-channel marketing and e-commerce.
• Proven experience with Adobe Analytics and Tableau.
• Experience in managing and optimizing paid, owned, and earned media channels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to synthesize finding and recommendations for executive audiences.
• Proficiency in other marketing analytics tools and platforms is a plus.
• Experience of working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment
• Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in the business language for PMI (English)
