How You’ll Make a Difference
You will lead the technical direction and execution of our headless commerce platform. Bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that our digital commerce ecosystem is scalable, integrated, and aligned with enterprise goals. Defining the product’s technical architecture, managing and grooming feature backlogs, and overseeing complex integrations with systems such as CRM, ERP, and Azure-based services. Working closely with cross-functional teams—engineering, product management, infrastructure, and business stakeholders—to deliver high-quality, performant, and future-ready commerce solutions. You will bring a strong blend of technical expertise, product thinking, and leadership capabilities to drive innovation and ensure delivery excellence across the commerce landscape.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
- 7+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Platform Architect, or similar role in eCommerce or digital platforms.
- Proven track record in leading headless commerce implementations and system integrations.
• Technical Expertise:
- Deep understanding of Adobe Commerce (Magento) and headless architecture principles.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services, including service bus, functions, and integration tools.
• Integration Experience:
- Strong background in integrating with CRM, ERP, and other enterprise platforms.
- Experience with middleware, data orchestration, and event-driven architectures.
• Tools & Methodologies:
- Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Figma, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
