As a Senior Growth Acquisition Specialist, you will design, lead and optimize complete acquisition strategies with a total focus on business impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in acquisition/Paid Media multichannel
- Previous experience in agency, managing multiple clients and contexts
- Advanced mastery of acquisition platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads)
- Practical knowledge of SEO and GEO applied to acquisition and demand generation
- Practical knowledge of platforms like Amazon Ads, Criteo, and DV360
- Use of AI tools applied in analysis, creativity, automation, or campaign optimization
- Analytical ability to make decisions based on data
- Demonstrable experience in managing advertising budgets over $100K/month
- Medium-High level English (at least B2)
