4-day workweek
Our official business hours are Monday to Thursday, 9am-5pm ET. Yep, just 32 hours — no trying to cram 40 hours into four days.
Minimum 6 weeks’ vacation
To ensure everyone on our team gets time to rest and recharge, the company closes down for the entire month of August (summer break) and for the final two weeks of December (winter break) each year.
100% remote work environment
We were remote-first before it was cool. 😎 Our team members have worked from locations around the globe: Montreal, Atlanta, Kansas City, Knoxville, New York, Wichita, Hawaii, Mexico, Ireland, Scotland, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the Philippines — just to name a few.
Annual profit sharing
It's part of our company’s DNA that everyone feel a sense of ownership in the business. Starting in 2022, we're rolling out annual profit sharing for every long-term, retainer-based team member. If the company exceeds its goals, the people who made it happen deserve to be rewarded.
Ultra-flexible schedule
We encourage team members to adapt their working hours to fit their lives. Maybe you’re not a morning person, and prefer working 10-6 over 9-5: no problem! Need to pick up your kids mid-afternoon, and finish work after they’re in bed? Fine by us! Just one real-life example: Beth Thouin takes a daily break to practice piano. :)
