Job Description
We’re looking for a Brand Events Campaign Manager to join Procore’s growing Marketing team. In this role, you’ll plan and execute marketing campaigns in support of our annual industry event, Groundbreak. You’ll manage the strategy, messaging and campaign distribution to both prospects and customers, resulting in in-person and virtual attendance, improved event experience, and increased event revenue.
As the Brand Events Campaign Manager, you’ll partner closely with various teams across marketing to ensure Groundbreak promotion reaches every audience around the globe. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally to combine various ideas, priorities, and business goals into cohesive marketing plans.
This position reports to our Director of Event Marketing (USA) and can sit in any US office or remotely within the US. Travel will be on an as-needed basis. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:
Develop a deep understanding of the in-person and online event journey and become the go-to expert for Sales, CS and Marketing teams
Lead the development and tactical execution of go-to-market campaigns activities for Groundbreak, including pricing and discount strategy, event positioning, event experience (in-person and online) and value, resulting in long term event and revenue growth goals
Create and own the calendar/execution of year-round Groundbreak campaigns in U.S., ANZ, Canada, and UK to support both in-person attendance and online engagement, and communicate this plan to all stakeholders regularly
Own and meet or exceed ticket revenue, registration, and attendance goals for each annual event
Work closely with marketing centers of excellence to identify and optimize the best channel mix for the promotion of each phase of promotion
Strategize with the Virtual Technology Event Manager and Automation teams to develop an ideal registration, checkout and data workflow/collection strategy
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop, analyze and track event KPIs
Work with Campaign Marketing teams around the world to build a strategy of when and how Groundbreak is incorporated into their existing/evolving GTM plans
Enable and support customer-facing teams, such as Sales and CS, to promote in-person and online Groundbreak attendance, and use engagement as an opportunity to improve customer retention and increase revenue
Partner with regional Brand teams to strategize, plan and execute campaigns to support the first-ever Groundbreak held in Sydney, Australia
Develop playbooks to create successful, repeatable campaigns as Groundbreak enters additional international markets
Create, manage and enable all follow-up plans to contacts participating in Groundbreak
Own and document post-event performance and on-going goals
What we’re looking for:
6+ years of working experience in campaign management or product marketing, or similar role, 2+ years experience in B2B SaaS is ideal
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
A strong understanding of Salesforce, Tableau, Adobe Analytics and marketing performance data analytics
Highly motivated, self-starting nature; you respond positively to moderate guidance yet are capable of (and comfortable with) independent critical thinking and problem-solving
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to multi-task and complete projects flawlessly under tight project deadlines
Comfortable working with and reporting data, decisions and and status’ to leadership and executives on a regular basis
Comfortable working cross functionally and leading trainings, discussions and sharing your expertise
Ability to pivot and adapt in a rapidly changing environment
Additional Information
Base Pay Range $90,360 - $124,245. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
