The Role
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create impactful visual content for our employer branding and internal design projects. Please note, that this role is a maternity cover - 15-month contract.As a key member of our design team, you will develop visuals that strengthen our employer brand, support employees learning and development, and enhance our internal communications. You’ll collaborate with designers, stakeholders, and various teams to create engaging presentations, exciting event designs, standout company merch, and vibrant office visuals.On top of that, we're also refreshing our employer brand identity, and this role is key to developing the visual side of what brings us together as Printifyers.We’re looking for a creative person with strong graphic design skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication abilities. Your responsibilities:
- Design compelling presentations for internal and external events.
- Create assets for company-wide and recruitment events (including banners, social media posts, merch, and giveaways).
- Develop internal merchandise such as branded clothing and accessories.
- Enhance office spaces with posters, decorations, and visuals in meeting rooms.
- Lead the refresh of our employer brand identity, ensuring it reflects our evolving culture and values.
- Take ownership of creating content across a wide variety of formats such as physical print, digital banners, presentations, merch design, and event branding.
- Partner with stakeholders to optimize content for recruitment, learning & development, internal communications, office management, and major pitch presentations.
- Work with stakeholders and designers to answer briefs with creative concepts and high-quality executions, ensuring all content produced is consistent with our brand guidelines.
- Deliver high-quality work on time, maintaining a focus on creativity and attention to detail.
- Utilize feedback and insights from internal teams to iterate on design features and deliver a best-in-class visual experience.
Minimum qualifications:
- 3+ years of graphic design experience (in-house or in creative agency).
- Experience with presentation design and visual storytelling techniques.
- Understanding of graphic design principles, design thinking, branding.
- Advanced Adobe and FIGMA skills.
- Experience in cross-functional teams, working with marketeers, developers and designers.
- Excellent organizational skills, effectively managing your time and prioritizing work.
- Great self-motivation, solving problems on the go.
- Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience working with employer branding.
- Experience with merch design.
- Experience with event design.
