What will you be doing:
The Implementation Manager is a leader who motivates and manages the team that installs Premier products for new and existing customers, and consistently delivers high quality results that are aligned with the organization and clients’ strategic projects and plans. This position coordinates internal services dependencies and customer dependencies to ensure that a customer implementation is successful and delivered on schedule. This position is a leader who knows how to get the best out of the project team. This position facilitates communication between the client and internal team, manages issues, and is ultimately responsible for the final decisions related to the success of the project.
Responsibilities include determining resource allocation; defining project plans; providing member support by answering questions and troubleshooting issues about the accuracy of the data; problem solving; and making member focused decisions. This job is also responsible for the planning and tracking of each assigned project; problem identification and resolution; and change management issues throughout the projects. In addition, this position will coordinate and facilitate regular client meetings and training sessions, as well as escalate and prioritize important technological issues on behalf of the client to facilitate resolution.
This position functions in collaboration with customers; other business units, technical staff, and product management to resolve application issues; and Premier stakeholders such as Client Service Managers (Field Account Management) and Product Directors (Sales) to ensure issues are resolved and required deliverables are met.
Required Qualifications
Work Experience:
Years of Applicable Experience - 5 or more yearsEducation:
High School Diploma or GED (Required)Preferred Qualifications
Skills:
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and own their resolutions
Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
Ability to interact well with customers / strong customer support ethic
Ability to effectively communicate complex problems internally and externally
Proven success in information systems implementation and support
Experience:
5 or more years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry
Prior experience implementing or supporting the Epic or Cerner software systems (e.g. Epic certification, Cerner clinical application build, etc.)
Prior experience implementing products with AI-driven models
Prior experience in Hospital and/or Professional Billing, Claims, or Revenue Cycle
Clinical experience (RN, MA, etc.) a plus
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree
