Intro and job overview:

As an Account Executive, you will manage current customer sales pursuits as well as net new prospect engagements. You will be responsible for selling the companies legacy solutions in addition to leading highly complex solution sales pursuits for our next generation SaaS offerings. You will partner across internal groups to craft and lead winning sales engagements.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Own a new business sales Target and work methodologically to overachieve this target
    • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, partners and inbound leads.
    • Conduct in-depth discovery conversations to understand client needs, pain points, and business goals.
    • Develop tailored solutions that align with customer challenges and demonstrate tangible value.
    • Lead consultative sales discussions, positioning our platform as the best-fit solution.
    • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term success
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Collaborate with the marketing, Presales and product teams to refine messaging and improve customer engagement.
    • Maintain an accurate forecast delivering against your commitments
    • Own short and long term territory planning

Requirements and Qualifications: .

  • >10 years of Proven successful experience in SaaS sales or B2B sales.

• Experience in the CE / CCM market

  • Strong proven experience in exceeding sales targets selling to tier 1 accounts
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Demonstrated resiliency throughout the career
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Tech-savvy with an understanding of software solutions and customer needs.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
    • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with prospects, customers, and partners
    • Experience in selling into specific geographies North Europe/Central Europe
