Job Description

The Data & Business Intelligence team is looking for a passionate and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to help shape data-driven decision-making across the organisation. This role plays a key part in managing and enhancing the organisation-wide Data Warehouse, ensuring insightful reporting and valuable analytics that drive operational excellence in dental practices and support functions. With a focus on optimising patient care, efficiency, and commercial performance, this position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Qualifications

We welcome your application to our Business Intelligence Analyst vacancy if you have the following qualifications and skills:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, with intermediate to advanced skills in DAX for insightful data modelling and reporting.
• A track record of producing meaningful business reports, ideally within healthcare, clinical, or multi-site environments, helping teams make informed decisions.
• A creative approach to data visualisation, with experience in tools like Power BI, Microsoft SSRS, Google Data Studio, or Tableau, turning complex data into clear, impactful insights.
• Solid understanding of SQL and hands-on experience working within data warehouse environments, ensuring structured and reliable data management.
• Knowledge of database design principles and data governance best practices, contributing to the integrity and accessibility of key business information.
• A strong commercial mindset, with a deep appreciation for how data drives patient care, clinic performance, and business success.

We offer a fully remote or hybrid working model that allows you to split your week between working from home, and our support office in Cheltenham. This will likely be 1 or 2 days a week in the office, with full flexibility around the days that work best for you, and the rest working from home. Our office is conveniently located opposite the racecourse entrance, and features a café on-site, free parking, and beautiful parkland surroundings.
