As a Financial/Bookkeeping Analyst (Cession Analyst), you will learn and support the financial reporting process by assisting in the accurate and timely preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports, while developing a foundational understanding of financial analysis, reporting standards, and internal processes.
*Advanced Excel Knowledge (Pivot Tables, V-Lookup, Macros, SUM-IF Statements-Ability to manage extensive data)
*Mail Merge creation to extensive customer base experience is a plus
*The ability to work remotely in a non-micromanaged environment is preferred
Compensation:
- Starting range of pay: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour.
Work schedule:
- Schedule: Standard Business Hours - Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST. Three to Six-month temporary role, with the potential to be a full-time hire. Upon full-time hire, a comprehensive benefits package does apply.
Essential Functions:
- Assist in the completion of 2,000+ monthly & quarterly financial reports which Sales Agents review with Car Dealers in order to ensure profit.
- Communicate and work very closely with a team on daily tasks in preparation for the completion of the financial reports.
- Responsible for analyzing reporting for accuracy.
- Communicate directly with Sales Agents for any scheduling, reporting questions, and misc. requests.
- Reconciling and tracking of bank statements on a monthly basis.
- Fulfilling information requests from Accountants for anything needed to complete Tax Estimates.
- Fast-paced work environment with timing goals and deadlines.
- Some filing and collating.
Requirements
Education and Qualification Requirements:
- High School Diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 4+ years of work experience in an office environment.
- Prior customer service and clerk experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- 65 WPM + Strong 10-Key.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized with attention to detail, follow through, and ability to multi-task.
- Accounting experience
- Prior customer service experience.
- Works well under pressure.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is critical.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
- Vision acuity required to include close vision, color vision, distant vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to grasp objects such a telephone or computer mouse, finger dexterity to use a keyboard, calculator, and standard office equipment.
- Ability to walk, stand, reach with hands and arms; stoop kneel, crouch, and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to frequently sit for long periods of time.
- Ability to hear and talk, both in person and by phone.
- Ability to spend extended hours in front of a computer screen.
