Accounts Payable Manager

We are hiring an experienced Accounts Payable Account Manager to oversee accounts payable functions, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely payments. Experience with Deltek is required for this role.

This position is contingent on the award of the project

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Maintain vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies.

• Ensure timely processing of invoices and expense reports.

• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and assist with month-end closing.

• Utilize Deltek software to manage AP workflows and reporting.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

• Lead and mentor AP team members as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in accounts payable or accounting.

• Proficiency in Deltek is required.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and vendor management abilities.
