We are expanding our Talent team with the position of IT Talent Acquisition. Our key focus is to build the best team, always prioritizing quality and teamwork.

What will you do?

• Manage the full life-cycle recruitment.
• Participate in designing the global recruitment process and assist in incorporating new hiring methods.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize open positions and promote cooperation between processes.
• Be a key player in the company's development and growth, directly connecting with the business.
• Work closely with directors and management to handle recruitment needs.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

• At least 2 years of experience in full life-cycle recruitment in IT.
• Experience using ATS (preferably Workable).
• Knowledge of recruitment tools, employer branding, and recruitment campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and work with international profiles.
• Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Results-oriented with analytical capabilities.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
