What will you do?
- Manage the full life-cycle recruitment.
- Participate in designing the global recruitment process and assist in incorporating new hiring methods.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize open positions and promote cooperation between processes.
- Be a key player in the company's development and growth, directly connecting with the business.
- Work closely with directors and management to handle recruitment needs.
Requirements
What are we looking for?
- At least 2 years of experience in full life-cycle recruitment in IT.
- Experience using ATS (preferably Workable).
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, employer branding, and recruitment campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and work with international profiles.
- Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Results-oriented with analytical capabilities.
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
