Role Overview:
As a member of the Sales Operations team at Pipeline Gurus, you will play a critical role in enhancing our strategic decisions and understanding the dynamics of our rapidly expanding operations. You will work closely with Sales Leadership, Finance, and other teams, utilizing a data-driven approach to strategize and optimize our sales processes. Your insights will directly influence high-level strategy and operational decisions, addressing potential risks and seizing opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic insights to influence decisions at the executive level, directly impacting our core business strategies.
- Effectively communicate intricate and multifaceted business issues, providing clear advice to the leadership at Pipeline Gurus.
- Cultivate a network across Sales, Operations, Business Intelligence, and Finance to collaboratively tackle diverse strategic and operational challenges.
- Design and implement efficient, scalable processes to reduce inefficiencies and improve operational performance.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated models and dashboards for monitoring and assessing business performance metrics.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales operations, financial planning in sales contexts, business consulting, or roles in similar data-centric fields.
- Proficiency with advanced data tools and databases including SQL.
- Demonstrated ability in analyzing data from platforms like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, HubSpot, as well as competitive analysis.
- Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of influencing senior management.
- Skilled in synthesizing complex data into clear, effective messages and strategic insights.
