We are looking for a Sales Manager Hematology to lead a regional oncology / hematology sales team and implement sales and customer strategies in the North Germany Region. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in pharmaceutical sales / marketing, leadership experience, and good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Requirements
- Completed university degree (e.g. natural sciences, economics, etc.) and/or pharmaceutical reference qualification or required subject knowledge in accordance with the Medicinal Products Act.
- Several years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales / marketing with proven responsibility in sales management (usually 7+ years or equivalent expertise).
- Leadership experience (disciplinary and/or in clear team leadership function) including coaching and development of employees.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills as well as decision-making and implementation strength.
- Well-developed analytical skills for interpreting sales and market data and deriving effective measures.
- Experience with digital/virtual communication channels and omnichannel working methods.
- Good German language skills and good English language skills for internal cooperation.
- Ability to reliably attend customer meetings and team activities in the responsible region (regular travel activity).
- Experience in the field of hematology/oncology or in specialized clinic and center structures.
- Experience in collaboration with Market Access / Regional Access as well as Medical and Marketing in matrix-oriented organizations.
- Experience with CRM systems, omnichannel enablement, change management or process optimization in sales.
