The National Pharmacy Business Director (NPBD) is responsible for supervising and leading a team of Retail Pharmacy Account Managers (RAMs) in their local geography, managing the retail pharmacy business performance and deploying sales and marketing strategies in alignment with Regional, National, and Business Unit priorities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry within sales, marketing, health management, strategy, or at retail pharmacy or relevant experience.
- BA/BS Degree, MBA or advanced degree in a related field preferred.
- Valid US driver's license and driving record in compliance with company standards.
- Previous account management supervisory experience and ability to develop and motivate others, lead through change, and deliver on Pfizer business imperatives.
- Experience working with key thought leaders or high influence customers.
- Proven track record of successful team-based account management in new environment.
