Partner Development Executive role to support the growth and activation of partner supply across digital performance channels, focusing on identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and activating new partners to drive performance for Perform[cb]’s advertiser clients.
Requirements
- Prospecting and recruitment of new partners
- Conducting gap analyses to identify high-value opportunities
- Building and managing a partner pipeline
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical abilities
- Experience working closely with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Compliance, and Research teams
- Knowledge of partner onboarding best practices and compliance processes
- Familiarity with optimizing organic sign-ups and managing a long tail of supply
