[Accounts Receivable / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / $45k-$55k-yr DOE/ Health-Dental-Vision-Life-Disability on day 1 / 401(k) match / PTO + 19 company paid holidays - As a Billing Support Associate, you will: Maintain accurate and timely billing records for all clients; Review and analyze billing data to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies; Communicate with clients to resolve any billing issues or concerns; Process payments and refunds according to company policies and procedures; Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients regarding billing inquiries; Collaborate with other departments to streamline billing processes and improve overall efficiency; Continuously update and maintain knowledge of company products, services, and billing policies to accurately assist clients.
